(SUBTRACT) is a men's fashion brand built around a single, quietly radical idea: that conscious consumption is not a compromise on style. The name says it plainly: less pollution, less waste, less environmental damage, and less wardrobe turnover. For their shop-in-shop display, the retail identity strategy was crafted to highlight the brand's commitment to functionality, fashion, and sustainability.

The design is intentionally minimal, yet inviting and impactful, echoing the ethos that "less is more." Materials such as recycled plastic sheets from Minus Degree, reclaimed wood, and eco-conscious finishes are thoughtfully integrated to reflect the brand's core values.
The display is modular and scalable, and in the brand's primary color ensuring that the product remains the hero of the space. Orange accents, the secondary brand color, are strategically placed to add vibrancy and enhance the storytelling aspect of the display.
